Pandoro with coffee chocolate chips and tiramisu cream

In the recipe for our tiramisu pandoro eggs, flour, butter and milk come together to create a leavened cake that is as soft as a cloud, mouthwatering and rich with tiramisu cream and coffee chocolate chips, to be enjoyed under a layer of fine bitter cocoa powder.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, fresh eggs*, sugar, butter, tiramisu cream 11% [glucose syrup, sugar, water, mascarpone ( milk cream, acidity corrector: citric acid), skim milk powder, butter,egg yolk, alcohol, flavoring thickener: pectin; preservatives: potassium sorbate], coffee chocolate chips 6 percent [sugar, cocoa paste, coffee paste 8 percent (coffee 5 percent, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin], milk, natural yeast ( wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavors, cocoa butter, salt.
Ingredients bitter cocoa envelope: cocoa powder.
