Panettone nocciollone comes from the ancient pastry tradition of Turin.

A cloud made only with sourdough, without raisins and candied fruit, a creation with a soft dough filled with Nocciolla cream made with Piedmont hazelnuts.

Wheat flour - Gianduja cream 20% (sugar, Piedmont hazelnut PGI 24%, sunflower oil, cocoa 10 -12, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, xanthan gum), butter - Egg yolk - Sugar - Candied orange peel paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) - Natural sourdough starter ( wheat flour, water) - Inverted sugar syrup - Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin - Salt - Natural orange flavor.
May contain other nuts, peanuts and soybeans.
