From the ancient pastry tradition comes the traditional panettone made only with sourdough, a creation with a soft dough, rich with juicy candied fruit and sweet raisins.

Wheat flour - raisins - butter -egg yolk from free-rangeeggs - sugar - candied citrus peel (orange, citron, lemon, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) - natural sourdough starter ( wheat flour, water) - invert sugar syrup - emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin - salt - natural orange flavor.
May contain traces of nuts, peanuts and soy.
Store in a cool, dry place.
