Boella & Sorrisi’s delight with marron glacés is a panettone characterized by a soft and delicious dough, with a natural leavening, in which candied fruit and raisins are replaced by delicious and soft pieces of marron glacés.
In the dessert par excellence of Christmas holidays, flour, eggs, butter and sugar are combined with the most characteristic autumn fruit in a slow leavening process, with a centenary and typically Piemont tradition, giving life to a recipe for true connoisseurs.
Delight with marron glacés, naturally leavened oven product
Ingredients: wheat flour, candied pieces of Marron glacés 22% (marrons, sugar, glucose – fructose syrup, flavors), butter, egg yolk, sugar, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), inverted sugar syrup, candied orange peel paste (orange peels, glucose – fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, salt, natural orange flavoring.
May contain traces of treenuts, peanuts and soy.
Contains gluten, milk and egg.
