From the ancient pastry tradition comes the “Nocciollone”, a cloud realized only with natural yeast, without raisins and candied fruits, a creation with a soft dough filled of Nocciolla cream made with Piemont hazelnuts.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, Gianduia cream 20% (sugar, Piedmont hazelnut 24%, sunflower oil, cocoa 10-12, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, xanthan gum), butter, egg yolk, sugar, candied orange peels paste (orange slices, glucose – fructose syrup, sugar), natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), inverted sugar syrup, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, salt, natural orange flavouring.
May contain other treenuts, peanuts and soy. Contains gluten, hazelnuts, milk and egg.
Store in a cool and dry place.
