Tradition and quality are the words that perfectly sum up the story of Boella & Sorrisi, a unique company since October 2014, the result of a delightful “marriage” between the heirs of the two brands, Elena Boella and Stefano Silvola.
Panettone, Colombe and the Boella pastry shop follow the ancient tradition since 1885, paying particular attention to the quality of the products, the choice of raw materials and the care in following the processing of the same in all their phases. In 1960, Sorrisi was born, which still delights the whole world today with its chocolate specialties.

In the chocolate laboratory we pay the utmost attention to avoiding any kind of contamination from cereals and we are proud to say that all our chocolate is gluten-free.
The Turin Chamber of Commerce has recognized our attention to the hygiene and safety requirements of food products, giving us the title of “Masters of Taste 2017-18” and “Masters of Taste 2019-20”.

The Factory Store of the Chocolate Factory overlooks the spectacular open laboratory, where we produce our chocolate for all to see.
